Biden recalls McChrystal for stealing role as 'Inappropriate Comment Guy'

Vice President Joseph Biden was in a tirade late last night, shouting "fuck, piss" and "ass" to anyone who would listen on the north lawn of the White House. When later asked about the Vice President's actions, Robert Gibbs said Biden was upset that General McChrystal had been pegged as the new "Inappropriate Comment Guy. A role very near and dear the Vice President."

This morning, the Vice President issued a statement saying he had recalled General McChrystal to Washington to chastise him for saying inappropriate remarks in a Rolling Stone article, due out Friday. In the article, General McChrystal and his aides apparently mock and share candid opinions on the President, Vice President, Ambassador and others in the Obama Administration. "I'm the fucking guy that gets to make fun of people, not General McCrapstal. Everyone knows the role of all-around-fun-guy is relegated to the Vice Presidency. It says so in the Constitution. Generals, even General McPoopshispants should know that."

When pressed whether it was appropriate for a subordinate to share candid opinions of his superiors in any circumstance Biden said, "Only if you're the Vice President. I feel I'm being pretty goddamned clear on this fucking point. Watch: I think President Obama is sexy. See? I can say this stuff. I'm Inappropriate Comment Guy. Cheney was Inappropriate Comment Guy before me, and Gore was before him. Remember? He invented the Internet!"

McChrystal is due at the White House Wednesday. When asked what will be discussed at the meeting, Biden dismissed Afghan policy and recommended to the press that people watch MTV's "Nick Cannon's Wild n' Out". "It's going to be like that," Biden explained.
